The Results Are In…

We recently finished a customer satisfaction survey to gauge how we are doing in the eyes of our customers. More than 600 customers replied to our survey, which was mailed in early June. We are proud to say that 78 percent of customers rated their overall propane experience as “excellent,” with another 20 percent rating it as “good.” Propane delivery alone received an 89 percent “excellent” rating and many praises in the comments section.

Customers that replied to the survey and provided their contact information were entered into a drawing to receive 500 gallons of free propane. Those who referred a friend doubled their potential winnings to 1,000 gallons, with the referred friend having the chance to win a free tank set. The winner of the propane drawing was Doug Nobbe of Batesville, Indiana.
